Mimoco has released a series of Nintendo themed USB-A power banks. It is their MimoPowerDeck power bank with Nintendo licensed art from NES and the Switch. Each sells for $29.99.

While these are Nintendo licensed power banks they are not licensed for use with the Switch. The licensing is for the intellectual proper rights and art only. Nintendo did not test these power banks for use with the Switch.
Can They Work With the Nintendo Switch?
With only 8000mAh and two USB-A ports they are better suited for your phone than your Switch. They can work with the Switch, but not as well as the Nintendo licensed Anker power banks.
These only offer USB-A ports, which provide a slower charger for the Switch. They can charge it okay while asleep. For best results while playing you should connect it to the Switch as close to 100% as possible. With 8000mAh I would expect them to recharge the Switch up to 1.2 times, which is ~3.5 hours more playtime.
An episode of Nintendo Minute featuring travel tips for the Switch suggested power banks for flights. They then showed off early versions of these power banks. Other elements of Nintendo have also suggested USB-A power banks are fine with the Switch.
If using with the Switch be sure to use a USB-C to USB-A cable with a 56k Ohm resistor.
