OnePlus phones use a proprietary fast-charging standard called Dash Charging. It increases both the voltage and the current going into the phone. Most other standards only increase the voltage. This allows them to charge their phones up to 30W. The downside is a lot of heat. So the power conversion circuits have to be in the charger. This keeps the phone from support other fast charging standards.
A newer version is called OnePlus Warp Charge 30 but works the same way.

USB-C to USB-C Cable
OnePlus’ fast chargers need to use their own cable. They support higher current than other USB-C to USB-A cables.
If buying a non-OnePlus power bank you can use any USB-C cable. A USB-C to USB-C cable with 60W and USB 2.0 support is your best value.
