First Impression
The BlitzWolf BW-PL4 45W PD USB Charger has a built-in EU plug. That makes this review for my readers from Europe (except UK/Ireland), South America, and Asia (except Japan). If you’re from the USA this isn’t the charger for you, unless you want a dedicated international travel charger. The design is standard for a 45W USB-C PD charger. A small, blue LED lights up when the charger is plugged in. It also goes out as soon as you unplug it, meaning there isn’t much or any residual charger. The EU plug is a solid part of the charger and doesn’t feel like a weak spot.

Banggood does receive significant traffic from the USA. But they are better known in other countries. Shipping to the USA is free for orders of $50 or more. But takes 7-20 business days if not in a regional warehouse. Closer countries usually see faster shipping.

The BlitzWolf BW-PL4 45W PD USB Charger operates like any other good quality 45W USB-C PD charger. I did have to use an international plug adapter for all my testing (EU to US). But as the charger supports 100-240V it was a pass through connection and I saw no anomalies in my power meters.
At 45W this charger works with the Switch in handheld and TV mode. It’ll also support any smaller USB-C device. It will also work with 13-inch laptops with USB-C under many conditions. For more demanding laptops it’ll keep it charged under normal use. Under heavy activity (video editing, animation, gaming) it may only hold the line or slow the battery’s drain. But for most it’ll work as a backup or travel charger.
